ESPN and its sister networks ABC and ESPN 2 are handling the broadcasts for all of the Wild Card round games for the 2022 MLB playoffs, so does that mean that ESPN Plus is also going to be live streaming these games?
Unfortunately, no, ESPN Plus is not streaming any of the MLB playoffs this season. All of the Wild Card games are going to air exclusively on the ESPN and ABC TV networks. Then once the playoffs move on to the LDS, LCS and, eventually, World Series, those games air exclusively on TBS and Fox channels.
The good news, however, is there are alternative options to watching these games if you've cut the cord on traditional cable. Live TV streaming services like FuboTV, Hulu with Live TV, Sling TV and YouTube TV all carry networks airing the MLB playoffs.
ESPN Plus is a standalone streaming service from ESPN, the Disney-owned cable sports network that bills itself as the "worldwide leader in sports." ESPN Plus streams live sports for college football, college basketball, NHL, the PGA Tour, UFC fights and more. ESPN Plus also has its own slate of original programming, provides access to the full library of 30 for 30 sports documentaries and gives subscribers access to premium ESPN articles and daily radio telecasts. 041b061a72
